Absolutely luv this store. The staff know us both by name, and they are always friendly, except for one small male supervisor. He's a bit of a ______. Their sales are really good and the stock is also good. Lots of dogs join their owners to shop... lol

1 Star because of the fish section. ** Please be careful if you buy fish from this location. Went in a few weeks ago and was surprised to see so many tanks with some kind of serious problem. 3 dead fish in one tank, fish missing fins and tails in another, eye problems in another and ich in another tank. That's way too many issues. Spoke to a clerk in that area and he admitted that they had a ich issue and have treated tanks but quietly admitted all the other issues also that "may" be being ignored by management. I asked why the clerks working in that area don't do a visual check at least everyday as you can see the issues right when you walk up to the tanks and the response was the same. "yes , we have serious issues, but it's not up to us". ** If you buy fish from this fairly NEW location, then please be very careful and use a quarantine tank **

It's new and clean. Well stocked. We had a problem with a misleading advertisement they posted on social media and the manager wouldn't honour it. The cashier was as helpful as possible though.

Definitely sign up for PetPerks (free). It allows you to pay the sale price for items. Food goes on sale fairly regularly, so PetPerks helps.

It'd be nice to be able to always have live food for reptiles. It's aggravating that at times you have to wait a few days. What do you feed your animal when they don't have anything? These guys have bought up most small shops. What are the alternatives?
