Come here often on the way to work. They almost always get my coffee order wrong, including today. Normally I deal with it because it's convenient, however, this morning was the second time within the past two weeks that the drive thru cashier was EXTREMELY rude. Last time she was rude from the moment I was placing my order. This time she gave a horrendous attitude when we pulled up at the window. My boyfriend greeted her "Good morning, how are you doing?" Which she replied to with a nasty look and no verbal response. She then forcefully gave us the order along with her nasty look, still no verbal acknowledgement. Then closed the window and proceeded to stare into the car with the same nasty look while I checked for my straw until we drove away.  I called to speak with the manager, but he was too busy. So I'm writing this review instead. It's really unfortunate that people do not know how to act professionally. If you work with people, you should have customer service and interpersonal skills, which these people clearly lack. At least have the common decency to act friendly. And get people's orders right.

Wonderful service, great coffee and donuts, clean environment.

I came here to pick up some snacks on Christmas Eve and the staff were doing a mannequin challenge that I got to be part of. I, along with all the other customers, had a lot of fun with it. They also gave me a few free donuts after to thank me for participating. They made sure not to leave anyone waiting in the drive thru. Overall I thought they were all very responsible and also very friendly, thoughtful, and fun :)

The nicest, friendliest staff work here. Coffee is always hot and good and made just right. They are often out of some favorite items, that's why the 4 stars instead of 5.

Didn't bake the sandwich correctly. Fast but cold. Maybe new employees don't know what they're doing.
