Hello, Greg. 
I Honestly left Bald Hill Dodge very disappointed! Your shop has a poor costumer service.
I scheduled an appointment to fix my water pump leak.
Greg I described you my issue with: documents, photos, videos & You visually looking my truck with antifreeze drips under carriage. 
Pat the sales adviser choose to tell the tech to fix something else I did not request or authorized. I asked Pat what is my signature for?  She said just to look at your truck leak. This is typical what sales adviser Do to earn their commission money. 
Money is more important than the customers needs"!!!.
(The Shop Did not fixed my leak but Pat  authorize work on the air bag recall module )

Greg In my opinion YOU, PAT, the TECH should of focus on my issue the water pump leak . The issue that I came for & have for the past year: You as a manager should of made it clear to the tech to work on my issue. 
This things should of be done to find & fix my truck leak.
1) Drive my truck, 
2) Do a pressure test, 
3) Look my truck while on the lift.
4) If the tech can't  find the leak, then add an UV antifreeze leak detector. Then I could of drive my truck for a day and return so that the tech can find the leak next day using a UV light. 
Greg I don't need to tell You Or tell Your Team how to perform Your Work. 
Greg you told me that my truck was pressure test it & the best tech could Not find the leak!
My truck was returned with low antifreeze reservoir, (The tech added antifreeze at my request on the parking lot), 
Greg You returned my truck with grease fingerprint around hood,  the fender, driver seat, the tech fixed something else I did not request or authorized.
Greg you asked me why I did not return?
 Greg shouldn't  I be thinking about returning?
 You as a manager or your best tech as a "professional" Fail, can't find a leak, You can't tell your employees an order, you can't return my truck clean,  but your employees can order & fix something else I did NOT request or authorized.... Those are some of the reason I did Not return.

I have Not hear an apology from anyone. 

Bald Hill Dodge employees are incompetent...

My truck was scheduled for a recall  repair on Sat morning Feb 24 at 800 am. I showed up a little early and was seen by Patricia in the service dept. Everything went very smoothly and I was told it would be ready in about three hours. They called me @ 1030 am and said my truck was done. This was ahead of schedule and timed perfectly with my morning. The service dept also checked a few other things and made some recommendations,  including a detailed report. I would check out bald hill dodge . They did a fantastic job.

I was greated immediately and shortly paired with Corey. I already had the Jeep I wanted in mind and Corey was very straight forward. The sales transaction went smooth and I was given a full rundown of the features my Jeep had. Very happy

I’ve just recently purchased a vehicle at this location. The staff here is extremely professional as well as personable. I was able to speak with someone, Mike, who took his time with me during the whole process without an appointment being made to help me find the best deal for the vehicle I was interested in. I am very satisfied with my purchase along with the helpful, and informative staff that was there to guide me through my purchase.

Many of the employees I have encountered here are very friendly, funny and welcoming. They do a great job at ensuring you have an enjoyable experience doing something that may not be so enjoyable for some. Happy with my new purchase!
