If I could give 0 stars I would! Do NOT RENT from them or HERTZ! They rented me a vehicle that had weed inside the car. I did not know this until I arrived at my destination and when I arrived I called them to have it replaced. Their solution was one of two
Options: 1. I Pay for a tow 2. I Drive the vehicle back to them. At no point did they offer to come get the vehicle (like they should have) and the girl on the phone is clearly not cut out for customer service because her lack of empathy in this situation was appalling. The manager on duty was a lot more kind and helpful however still did not go above and beyond in my opinion. Offering a replacement car is an obvious solution and the least you can do which is what they did, the bar minimum to make my experience a decent one.

We specifically requested that we NOT be charged the $45 dollars for a tank of gas (less that 75 miles to drive) and they put it on anyway. I am sure it was deliberate.  Never again.  Jerks.

Had a good experience.  Rental process went fast with no mistakes. It was late at night with not many cars left. Just a couple with scratches on them and Victoria there in the garage was very nice and noted all the scratches on the documents.  I had seen her there before as l have traveled this route multiple times and she has always been very friendly and personable and efficient in the process. I returned the car quickly and with no problems and the billing was correct.

Everyone was friendly, they were fast. The only problem was the anemic selection of cars available. VW as a luxury vehicle? Hmmmm

Total rip off.  Gave me a garbage Kia Forte that rode horrible, suspension was broken.  Car cost me $256 for 1 day just to get home from the airport.  I only used the car for 3 hours.

Cost me $415 to rent a brand new Volvo while on my trip for 8 days through another company.

Dollar should be ashamed...
