A great experience picking up and dropping off the car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. During our pick up, Keenan was very helpful and took time to ensure we were completely satisfied and all set with our car for the week, including a heads up on the incoming weather. Thanks to all at the Providence airport Enterprise!

I am an Enterprise member from St Louis and try to use their services while traveling. I rented a car for 5 days at the Providence Airport Enterprise and asked if they had any specials for a frequent renter. I told the counter personnel that I was getting offers from Budget and Hertz to switch at a much lower price. I was told that they could not do anything today but look in my email for some offers. I was told to compensate for this trip they would let me upgrade to any car at the same price , which was $85/day. That sounded OK as I was late anyway. When I received my bill I was up charged $11 per day for choosing the no cost upgrade.  Needless to say I took the Budget offer this week for $59.00 and will again each week when I travel. Just being competitive will make frequent business travelers happy. Not being truthful will kill your business.

Alex and the team there was great! Although I lost my wallet they were able to still help us during a very stressful time. I left my very nice headphones at the counter due to the stress of 12 hours of travel and 2 crying kids and the team chased me down and reunited me with my headphones. When a winter storm rolled in and cancelled our outbound flight we were able to return our car to another airport at no extra charge! Despite nearly everything else going wrong with our trip's itinerary the team at enterprise helped get us in a car fast, with no hassles and we were on the road very quickly. Thanks Alex and PVD Enterprise Team!

The woman at the airport counter was great. She fixed our rental situation caused by your national representative. We made our reservation using your national phone number. I asked the woman twice if the Enterprise office she was reserving a car for us was at the airport. This person was somewhat annoyed I was asking again and verified yes. When we got to the airport we were told our reservation was not at the airport but at another Enterprise office miles away! The second issue we had was the initial cost estimate. It was over $40 less that the final charge. Enterprise needs to do a better job giving the customer a more accurate and honest cost estimate.

Service is absolutely bogus, staff have no empathy or reasoning skills! The enterprise team are car peddelers. They conduct business on an illicest level while conducting fraudulent activities!
