Terrible experience the car was dirty and the front window was horrible theys don't clean the car good before a new customer take it again I had stop the car in the middle of the road to clean the front window so I can drive after thinking to change my rental place to Enterprise and I don't know how theys do it cuz this is my own car I have no car like a year ago I'm renting and pay weekly so I can work so theys make with me 300 weekly for a year and half and theys don't make me feel like a great customer

Generally have a positive experience with Avis, especially from this place. Effecient and courteous staff most of the times. Located in the airport complex itself, so it is convenient to pickup a car right after landing, without going out.

Absolutely terrific customer service. I showed up about an hour early and they didn't have my car due to overbooking. They instead upgraded me three classes to a brand new SUV (still had protective plastic from the factory on the doors) for the same price. Which ended up saving me a ton on gas since this vehicle was much better than the one I had picked for fuel economy. Proximity to the airport isn't super convenient but aside from that it was great.
