The pricing was reasonable, and the kiosks to automate check-in were helpful. Staff was friendly, though not excellent. The fact that the cars are in a covered garage is nice, and the cars themselves were in good condition. However, the walk from the terminal to the rental counter and cars was ridiculously long. I know there's a shuttle, but it's nice for travelers to be able to walk a short distance without needing one to get their car. The airport should consider moving the car rental operation closer by exchanging it with something else.

Took advantage of the special deal where they pick a car. Flew to RI to see family. Both representatives at counter and by the cars were helpful and polite. I asked that what ever car they chose I needed comfy seats because of my back. They let me pick my own car from the selected and it was comfy and plenty of room. Car rode well and enjoyed using it. When returning the gentleman that was there was very polite and asked how my stay was. Overall very please with Alamo. I usually use enterprise but I may check out Alamo more often.

Pick-up was a breeze in the airport parking lot. Car was ready, good selection from which to choose. Drop off was also very easy

My biggest compliment goes to the attendant who showed us the car. Not only was she friendly and cheerful, but she took the time to explain a few of the operating nuances of the particular car chosen. In all of my years renting cars (mainly from the competition) I have never had this experience. Kudos to you, Alamo,

Very busy day when I arrived at the airport.  Alamo was the only car rental  desk that had a line of about 10 people with only one representative at the desk.  It was also the only company who's self-service kiosk was out of service.  After waiting in line for about 45 mins to pick up my car, everything went smooth. Competent and fast representatives both at desk and garage.  When picking up car, they had no mid-size SUV's.  The garage reps went out of their way to get one asap, didn't take longer than five minutes.  I even extended my rental two days with no issues.  Alamo is great, this location simply needs more help especially during the work week.

Normally five stars renting form Alamo who is my favorite but not this time. We rented a car and had to return the first one as someone smoked in the car and we were getting sick form the smell. They were fantastic and replaced it right away and said how sorry they were. The reason for the four star is upon returning the car to T.F. Green airport we were all but ignored by the attendant who was "working" the returns. I do not mind waiting but when you have to wait because someone just does not care that you are waiting for them and makes you wait just because he could, that cost a star from our normally 5 star review.
