Second car I purchased from them. If you're in the market for a quality used car save yourself the trouble looking anywhere else. Merrill sells clean reliable cars and trucks. I just love love love this dealership. The staff can't seem to do enough for you, they bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Of course buying a used car, you can always expect a few problems, and that's where Merrill motors shines. They make you feel like you are the most important person of the day, they stop what they are doing to give you the attention you deserve and get the issues fixed. I just adore my 2009 Lexus that I bought. I have previously always purchased new cars, but I Will never buy a new car again when I can save so much money buying good quality used. Merrill motors sure is doing something right! 
I give them 5 stars and thumbs up! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It appears as though they don't even try to check for any problems with a car before they sell it. Warped rotors, and a check engine light coming on only a month after purchasing it are the least of my worries. The rear two tires are completely rusted on. The rear calipers were literally all rust in the piston. That doesn't happen in just two months. I would really love to know what they actually check on the car before selling it to you because they clearly don't check the brakes or the tires. These car should not have passed inspection of the inspection station had actually checked anything

I went to this dealership to purchase my first car. I only heard horror stories about used car dealerships when I told friends and family about my idea to buy from a used car lot instead of a new car lot. However being a college student I couldn't afford a new car so I decided to look at vehicles at Merrill motors. I've always heard that they had a good reputation with a great staff that really cared. This reputation could not have been more correct! Everyone from the owner, who I delt with personally, to the person who pulled the car around for my test drive were fantastic, friendly and always had a smile. It was a homey environment that made me feel comfortable and had a family vibe. The salesman never once tried to hurt me or push me into a car I didn't want to see and was very helpful and thorough throughout the purchase of the vehicle. I will 100% go back here to buy my next vehicle !
