Kiet & Demarcus are so sweet and helpful!! The selection of clothing is probably the best quality out of many Zara’s I’ve been to!!! I love shopping here and there’s always great customer service. Thank you Zara for the amazing and stylish clothes and great customer service !

Very RUDE customer service. I was actually quite appalled at how bad their service and management was. Bummer too, I like Zara, but this put a poor taste in my mouth. I was quite disappointed with this location.

I overheard a dispute while I was in line for check out. A customer brought up three shirts in different sizes. Small and large were marked down in price but the medium wasn't. The cashier  told him it was no mistake, that the price on the medium size was the store price because that's what came up on the computer when she scanned it. He fit the medium size, so I understand how he felt. It clearly seemed to be a labeling mistake, but in the computer system the shirt would not come up with a sale price like the other sizes. When the cashier kept arguing with him, management finally  got involved. 

I was appalled at how rude the manager was to him. He was treated like he was trying to be a cheapskate when clearly I would have been just as irritated. He ended up walking out of the store and canceled his transaction for the other clothes he was going to buy. No apologies were made. The manager didn't offer him the shirt at the price it was offered in the other two sizes and no attempt to save the sale. Bad call on her end and a reflection of someone who has no real skills in managing customers. 

I don't think the computer scanner should have the final say in a price, especially when it was clearly an error on the store's end. The manager handled this situation horribly. 

Also, the whole time this argument was going on two registers were open and no employees had the integrity to jump on on help those of us who had been waiting a long  time in line. Instead, they were huddled around the cashier casually gossiping about the situation. 

I left the store with a bad feeling in my stomach. I am all about receiving good customer service, especially when I am investing a heavy amount in a company's product. I bought quite a few clothes from Zara that day but am having buyers remorse because I really didn't appreciate the way they handled their customers that day. 

Corporate should really look into the management at this store, it's poor. I know it sure put a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't usually leave negative reviews and don't get me wrong the prices were reasonable, the clothes were cute, the interior and the shop was overall nice. My only problem was that the employees were so rude. I was struggling to find the fitting room for about 10 minutes and none of then came to help me. I realized there were 3 fitting rooms and when I asked the employee where the fitting room was, she said "over there" and she didn't even stop to tell me or anything. She didn't give me eye contact and just walked by as she was telling me. Maybe they were really busy or thought I was stupid for not knowing the fitting room was right next to the register/cashier, but they could at least be more polite. There was nowhere to sit although that's not really something to blame them for, but it was overall not a really pleasant experience.

They don't know how to treat their costumers! I'll never shop from them and by the way Manager assistant was so rude
