Quality of the brisket was outstanding. Smoked flavor....so-so. Their Sauce is Texas Style and tangy. Atmosphere was very cool. While no where near Kansas City BBQ standard. Would recommend to all simply for the quality of their beef. Solid selection of area brews.

I really like this place. Park City's main street is full of places that seem a little over the top. This place feels genuine. The prices are Park City prices but they are decent. The staff has always been friendly and casual. I like the booths along the wall upstairs and if its a busy day on Main Street their quiet downstairs area is a nice quiet place for a break. I've enjoyed everything I've ordered. If I'm not all that hungry the chili is an AWESOME choice with big chunks of steak in it.

We ordered the fish and chips and it was cheap frozen cod pieces that were very over cooked!!  The fries were also over cooked and WAY over salted and I love salt on my fries...so this is really saying something.  There is a Bandits restaurant in Cottonwood Heights and we thought this was the same restaurant and had the same menu...we were wrong!  The fish and chips at the Cottonwood Heights location has AMAZING halibut fish and chips!  We were VERY disappointed with our experience with both the food and the service at the Park City location.  The restaurant wasn't all that busy, but our waiter seemed irritated with us and was not very attentive.  We will not be returning.

Great BBQ experience. Food was very good, our waiter was friendly and attentive. Bandit's features a great menu selection as well as a full bar and a healthy selection of local brews. This was our second visit, and we will be back!

Food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. Definitely a place to take your time.
