so I go to this bank because they have a drive up window so I assume it's quicker. NO!!! I sit there for about 15min before I get help! they need more staff at this bank. I assume it's always busy because it's in a busy street so they should staff it according!!!

Zero stars for Bank of Evil + five stars for the nice, friendly and courteous employees at this Portland branch averages to three stars. I needed clean, untorn, unfolded bills for travel and the teller was very patient sorting them out.

This man came to the Window. Told me to hold on for a Second pls.  So i did but that min turned into 15min is this the wait time for drive through Windows 😡

Made a call to customer service to ask about a fee, when the second teller put me on hold for a hour I thought it'd be best to clear things up at my neighborhood bank.....boy was I wrong. Wednesday I go in, make a credit card payment and ask if a representative was available to answer a credit card related question. The teller asked what appeared to be her manager (a bald guy) if their credit card guy could call me as he was unavailable at the moment to which he dryly replied "depends on what the question is."  She said he would call me when he was available. A day and a half later (today Friday Dec 16th 2016) I go to cash my check and see the same lady and the same bald guy  and mention "I still haven't gotten that phone call!" To which she replied she thought I looked familiar and gave me a bit about how the snow makes them shabby at their job but he would call me as soon as he "was available" today........it's now 9:30pm and I'm still waiting. Looks like I'll possibly hear from them on Monday but I can't say I'll be holding my breath. I have a account at US Bank as well and I would recommend them over these clowns if you're reading this and looking for a good bank that has customer service skills both on the phone and on location site.
