This was my first time at the bank and I had a fantastic experience. Was met at the front door by the manager. Given usable information. Treated like a first class customer. Line at the counter was short. Customer service staff was knowlegable and quick. Glad I found this branch. Good parking.

A little busy??? This place is unbelievably slow. Whether  you are opening an account or cashing a check, you will spend minimum an hour in line . At any given day the bank is empty with plenty of employees walking around giggling. Meanwhile one teller is available. I would suggest another bank. The office is a nice size , but the echo is unbelievable. Does not matter how low you whisper , everyone will hear your personal information.  I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

i just don't understand how come they didn't have a foreign money exchange personell at the branch especially right in front of the miami international airport  an when i ask the cashier he said they only have one an they was out.
