This is hands down the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of walking into. The service is always slow here like ALWAYS. I've been coming here for 2 years now. I don't even have an account here, but the people I do business with do. I guess the are a glutton for punishment. I'm currently standing in line now a huge line as usual and no sense of urgency from anyone. They have tons of people here and yet 2-3 tellers in the windows helping people. The what seems to be the manager looks lost walking around like he doesn't have a care in the world. I've been in line for 20 minutes and seem to have at least another 10 more. If I had it my way I'd never walk into this bank again. If I was the manger and team here I'd take a little more pride in my work ethic, but if the higher ups don't care and neither will their subordinates.

This bank location has had two of there drive thru atm' not working for about 6months now and have not been fixed.

This is one of the WORSE branches EVER! They pushed to have business accounts and only have 1 ONE teller open and still alternate with regular accounts as well close the business line on Fridays when Fridays are the worse day. The manager doesn't even know the procedures of Certifying the signature on a check. Customer service is at its worse. 20 min before closing they always as a standard tell you that you have to sched. a time to come in to meet with a rep. and never have time for you. As well, for a regular account always only 2 and maybe 3 tellers at any time including peak time. Honestly Bank of America use to be one of the best banks and now it across the worse banks across Las Vegas.
