It is very obvious that Sara, sara santos if i remember well, an employee who works there hates her job, and is a very misrable lady, everytime i go to bank of america here she greets me with no smile, and very rude, cant even be bothered, sometimes she even rolls her eyes, bad vibes, gives a terrible image to this bank, i wasnt surprised seeing a low rating!!

SARA!!!!! WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! I went in to cash a check and the first thing that she asked me was if I had a bank account with bank of america I told her no she she told me to give her the check sign it and and stamp my finger print on it I did! Then she asked me again if I had a bank account with bank of america I told her no she said she was unable to cash my check becuase I had no account with them! I asked her if I go to any other bank of america would they cash it she said if they follow the rules no becuase you don't have an account with us! I left upset disappointed at the fact that she was rude and she lied I came to a bank of America and Jose Torres gladly helped me and cashed my check and apologized for Sara's behavior and incompetence and terrible customer service

This location BoA very bad,  Extremely Rude and lazy employees . They tell customers to go use ATM machine and employees refused to work for customer's deposit and cash out.
