Worst PNC I have ever had to deal with. On almost every occasion they have sat me in this waiting area for long periods of time only to call me over and say they can't help me. I literally need to take the train into Manhattan to do most of my banking because they are magically able to help me there. Maybe this branch can figure out if they can help me or not before I wait on them.

Awful service in this branch. I had check , recent Driving License and Debit card to withdraw cash greater than ATM but the branch still wants to have my previous state license to issue cash.

Does not have basic sense that when you get transfer to new state the license gets changed.

 the workers are so horrible and nasty stuck up racist people that work there very. Very racist to certain customers cause my friend had a child support master card associated with this waste of a structure place they started giving a nasty tone with a ugly attitude.   Never ever went back it's not worth the horrific shameful  treatment from those monstrous things working there. The things that they said to my poor friend because of the card is dicusting and should be illegal to behave that way in the first place. Reporting them did nothing since we now have a full-blown​ racist in office no one did anything but hang up the phone and turn there backs. A shame everything is coming to. But karma well get them well 😊. Apparently  If u have have tons of money and are not white don't bother you'll just get sick of disgusting behavior.

Not once had a problem aside from my card being suspended for preventative measures.So far so good customer for 5 years now.Many convenient locations.

Opening an account with PNC was one of my biggest mistakes, it was NOT worth the HASSLE and AWFUL customer service. My time is precious, I don't have hours to waste on being given the run around just to answer one simple question, or being forced to go online to do one simple task, or being forced to go into the branch just to find out my account status. Ridiculous, no wonder nobody has a PNC account, I'll stick to a more popular bank that has much better, easier and more efficient service thank you very much.
