To do a simple bank wire transfer, you need to come in person and wait an hour and a half for a banker to become available. There is no customer service for business accounts and no matter what  you need to take the time out of your busy day and come in person in order to do the wire transfer. That's so medieval. I will take my business to Chase.

Worst capital one  worst bank in nj. They deposit your checks  and cash into other people's accounts...last day with this bank.. can't wait to take my money elsewhere.only wished you could put less than one star. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else. 🖕🖕

i went there today to deposit my irs refund and while she is doing my irs check i ask her if she know about credit card application she didnt hesitate and said yes without hesitation i forgot her name but she is around teller 5 and then she called a guy name zelim or zalim he is wearing a red polo shirt and a jacket he is really helpful and even fax my documents there is a lot of negative review but in my view i dont think so

Yosaira is a new teller here, Ive been a customer here for years now. I used to work customer service for 8 years, I love seeing helpful happy customer service reps. They should be rewarded because theres not many of them who even like their job. Thumbs up to her. She needs a raise.

my first time going to this branch i was a bit upset and having a bad day. When i finally got to a teller, Miss Gomez told me she was new at that branch, she was very  nice, made a few jokes, gave me candy and by the time she had finished my transaction i was feeling happy and i was smiling. Thank You!
