My wife and I are members of Bank of America and have held an account with them for over a decade.  We went in last Friday (5/25/18) morning to have our signatures notarized.  We were put in Cathy’s care and told to wait in the lobby, as their were no other customers in the bank besides those using teller services we felt as if it took Cathy quite a long time to acknowledge, let alone see, us.  Cathy was curt in informing us that she would not notarize our signatures on a vehicle title without the name of the buyer.  We have sold multiple vehicles in the past couple of years and Bank of America has never had an issue creating an open title for us.  This seems to be a personal failing on Cathy’s part and a considerable waste of time on ours as the Holly Springs branch was able to serve us promptly and correctly.  Fuquay may only need an ATM if the branch it is unwilling to provide the other services it claims to offer.

This branch took a check deposit on March 22nd, ran it and produced a receipt. Five days later when it was nowhere to be found online, it was discovered that the teller lost the deposit or it somehow vanished from the branch.

How does something like this happen in 2017?  I'll tell you how... Pure and utter stupidity.

If you make a deposit with "Teller 00008" (it'll be on your receipt) go back in and triple check that she didn't lose it!!!

Poor customer service!!! Trying another branch. If that doesn't work out, I'm finding another bank. Extremely disappointed!

Bank of America is the worst. For them it is all about money... after they added more fees to our business banking and teased us with a 5.00 month ATM card fee - We closed our accounts and moved to a credit union.
