The people at this bank (Sunset Plaza) are EXTRAORDINARY ! They know every single persons name when they walk thru those doors. And every single time, they are ALWAYS friendly and have nice chats with me, while I’m there. I always have a great feeling walking in & out of that bank. I’m 51 years old, and by far, this is THE BEST bank I have ever done business with... and you can take THAT to the bank !

I've been a customer of Fidelity for 2 years. I deal with the Cameron Village Branch in Raleigh. The staff is super nice. They send personalize birthday cards and xmas cards. How sweet is that! My issue is the online banking. The online bill-pay is handled by a 3rd party vendor. No one in Fidelity seems to have a clue to how the bill-pay should work. Switched from Bank of America to Fidelity to take my business to a local bank. 1) I set up an automatic payment for rent. Two years later the rent goes up. I go adjust the payment in online banking. The next thing I know the rent is back to the original amount. I adjust it again. Back to the original amount. 2) I called Online Banking support. Describe the issue. They will look into it and get back with me. I've called 3 times no return call. 3) On the 4th time! The online banking support refers me to their 3rd party Bill-Support. I called them. They step me through the process of what I should do to update the bill-pay payee information. The bill-pay support was not aware there are two places to change that information. One place is changing the information of the next payment only. The other place is to change the payments permanently. It was through my efforts to discover this fact. NO ONE knew this until I pointed it out to them. It is not documented in the terms of service agreement. 4) The way they handle bill-pay is lost to Fidelity on-line support. No where do they document how the system really works. I could write a book on this issue. My conclusion is their bill-pay is not reliable. It does not work consistently the same way. The system decides whether to treat a check as an ACH transaction. In which they take the money from your account before the check is cashed! Half the time it will do it that way. The next time it will treat it as a regular check. Meaning not withdrawing your funds before the check is cashed. 5) It is my opinion what they are doing is not professional. I did business with Bank of America for 25 years. Never did I have this type of issue. 6) The only reason I am still a customer is their friendly staff.

I just switched to Fidelity Bank a few months ago and I cant tell you how pleased I am with the wonderful hometown service I have received. The girls are always so pleasant and ready to help in every way possible. Every time I enter the bank its a wonderful experience. This branch is especially easy to access. Great job to all you girls and Charlie too!!!!!!! So happy I found you.....Leann

Fidelity Bank at Sunset Plaza is staffed with competent and friendly tellers who make the effort to know their patrons by name. Recently, the unfortunate experience of cashing a check at the local Wells Fargo kindled a new appreciation for the professional courtesy of my friends at Fidelity. Always a pleasant experience.

Our business recently switched to Fidelity Bank in Fuquay Varina, and I must say, they have spectacular customer service. They always greet me by name, which is RARE in other banks. They are right there to help with any questions or concerns that I may have. The ladies are always so nice and upbeat. By far the best banking I've ever experienced.
