Finance Reps at this location are hit or miss. First experience was good, second not so much. The Finance Officer was just not helpful in any way, vague, unable to answer questions, and in a rush to just get people to go away. Careful who you deal with at this location if you actually want help/answers.

Do not ever do any banking business with John Smart at this branch. John is incompetent, and could not even sort out the mailing of a credit card to the correct location. I have done banking with the Fuquay branch of SECU for many years, but John Smart needs to go.
