No guns allowed. The one place a legal conceal carry permit holder may want to legitimately be able to defend themselves. Taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other banks appreciate armed citizens.

I think the bad reviews were from a few years ago, so don't pay too much attention to them.  BB&T is the bank we use for our business.  We go to other locations as well, but if I need to do anything that requires a little bit more work I come into this Fuquay branch.  I find that the staff here are really helpful, quick to suggest good options for you, and they seem really hardworking.  I went to another branch in a nearby town and wasn't as well cared for (probably because we are a little smaller than those big Realty giants that they deal with in the big city...lol).  Anyway, the FV branch treats us like the hardworking local business that we are, and they're happy to help us figure out ways to make our business run smoothly.  BB&T is a very conservative bank, and it's local to NC.  They didn't need to be bailed out, and they're not constantly getting in trouble for doing shady stuff.  Of course we want that.  You should too!

Apparently  you are NOT required to have good customer service when you work at the drive thru.

Horrible customer service. Jonathan never orders checks, just lies to your face. Tried to refinance, Terry never called me back after I had a face-to-face meeting with her. Check card came in the mail....that nobody ordered. When I called the bank the lady I spoke to said she would check....& never called me back. The tellers are good though.
