Originally, visitors from near and far traveled to the quaint town that is today called Fuquay-Varina seeking the healing powers of the Fuquay Springs. Today, the town located just 15 minutes south of Raleigh, has flourished into a vibrant, family-friendly community that has seen its population more than double in the past 10 years to 19,000 citizens. Boasting two beautiful downtowns, an affordable cost of living, an excellent quality of life and a strong business community, the Town’s modern amenities mixed with vintage charm make it a special community in which to live, work, and play.
