THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES. 

I went to buy a car when I was 23. It was my first car I bought with my own money and I was ecstatic. It was a 2007 convertible mustang and the buying price was in my range so I took a swing. I got the car in February of 2015, I was shown the carfax and told that the car only had one owner and was in good shape to last me for a while.

By August the car started to have minor issues. The air was blowing hot, parts of the body of the car were falling off and the convertible top stopped working properly. I took into consideration that this was a 2007 model mustang, so I thought it just came with the car's age. I got these things fixed at autobody shops and some things I fixed myself. Overall, the repairs came out to about $2000 over time. 

By July of 2017, I was fed up with this car. Every time I fixed a problem, a new problem would resurface. I was facing paying $1000 to get the AC working again and I decided to begin investing in a new car. When I went into a dealership to buy a new car, I was told that my car was virtually worth nothing. The Kelly blue book had my 07 mustang as being worth $7000 and I had bout it at around $9000. Yet, my car was now only worth $2000 and this wasn't just because of the date it was made and the depreciation of cars. This low trade in was becaus the car had BODY DAMAGE. When I was shown the carfax during my Purchase of the 2007 mustang, they showed me the carfax, and I thought this was all I needed to see. Yet, they refrained from showing me the AUTOBODY REPORT, and this would of shown me the huge wreck that made the body of the car almost worthless. This dealership and its employees obviously took advantage of my lack of knowledge and they diliberalty sold me a car that was virtually worth nothing. I want to give these people a bad review and keep somebody from buying from them because they are dishonest crooks and they don't do good business. All of the smiles are fake for they only want to take your money and move on to the next unsuspecting victim.

We had a great experience with customer service at this location. We bought a service van for my husband to get his new small business off the ground. After a week of owning it, the transmission went out. Initially I was extremely angry and assumed they knew, but after the owner, Rick, stepped up and did the right thing by us, I have to say I am very happy. Buying used cars always comes with the possibility of something happening, but when it happens to you it's scary. Thank you, Rick, for doing right by a hard-working man who is just trying to feed his family! When it's time for an upgrade, we'll be back because of this!

I can't say enough nice things about my buying experience.  Having exactly the vehicle I wanted, I was pleased that the buying process was helpful and relaxed. Rick and I reached a fair purchase price without hassle or drama, and he then got me very reasonable bank financing.  Painless!  This lot obviously hasn't been around for decades by accident.  Quality people and quality inventory.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.

This is the best experience i have ever had buying a preowned car.Rick  and his staff went all out to get me the car i wanted and i was in and out  of there with no problems.if you need a car and want to get one you can depend on this is the place to come!
