Drive thru was always way too slow. NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. 
NOW THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE DRIVE THRU. UNBELIEVABLE. ALL DRIVE THRU PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE IF U R DEPOSITING UNLESS U USE MOBILE BANKING  OR ATM.
I  WAS TOLD TO USE MOBILE BY EMPLOYEE IF I DIDN'T WANT TO COME INSIDE OR GO TO HILLWOOD BRANCH. NOT NEAR MY HOUSE....I DEAL IN CASH SOMETIMES WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO TAKE A PICTURE OR 10 one hundred dollar bills. I DON'T THINK SO.
THEY ARE REMOVING CHOICES FOR CUSTOMERS. THEY WANT YOU TO BANK THE WAY THEY WANT YOU TO BANK NOT WHAT'S BEST FOR CUSTOMERS. UNBELIEVABLE. AS SOON AS I CAN WILL MOVE ALL ACCOUNTS AFTER BANKING HERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. ALREADY MOVED BUSINESS ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF SLOW INADEQUATE SERVICES.
