The bank tellers are friendly and professional but Wells Fargo is a terrible bank.  Don't ever bank with them. My mother been dead for 5 years. Only came back to this bank to withdraw $50 out of my savings account so the money won't go to the state for being inactive. And they won't let me. Because my mother is the custodian of this account and had been dead for 5 years I still can't have access to my money without her or a death certificate. I had this problem at 17 and I still have this problem at 23! They won't even tell me the account # or routing#! Terrible,Terrible  bank!

Slow slow slow service. It's becoming a pattern   It's one thing to be busy and slow... but no communication and slow.  Been here since 1993 as a customer.  Might be time to leave.

The atm is regylarly unable to accept cash and rejects it. Forcing to go inside on a non weekend day.

Came on Saturday and come to find out they're close. Really?!
I haven't ever heard of a bank being closed on Saturday and open for at least till noon.
So I thought I'd go to the ATM to deposit my check which I originally came to the bank to do and it wasn't accepting deposits!!
This is very inconvenient for people who want to deposit money on the weekend.
