The staff at this location is super friendly. I don't really like regions as a bank due to the fees associated with having an account. Will be changing to a credit union soon.

Their ATM ate my card yesterday!! Totally screwed me over on so many levels! Probably will be forced to close my Regions account...totally unacceptable. Maintain your ATM or put an out of order sign up!!

The people at the branch are great. The 1-800 number I have to call on a Tuesday morning and wait 20 mins to get the Branch phone # is absolutely horrible. The lady that answered wanted all my info and was mad because I didn't want to give her my account # (which i don't even know and takes more of my time for nothing) put me on hold and transfers me to somewhere else.  Then I had to get the # from the guy she transferred me to and he was wondering how i got transferred to him. The hole time I'm contemplating transferring all accounts and invest with another firm because it shouldn't be this hard to get a phone #. Put the Branch Phone # on the Branch locations Info on the website.

The staff are always friendly when I come in, but their "24/7" customer service hotline is complete crap. All I talk to is an automated machine that doesn't solve my problems. Wish it was easier to have someone help me when I can't get to the bank on time.

I have been doing business with Regions for a long time. Overall they do a good job. My problem is I have a question about depositing coins and I just want to call a branch and talk to a person!!! Not call and 800 number and try to guess what option to choose to answer my question.
