Always seems understaffed. Some of the employees always make me feel like it is a hassle to help me and I'm there on a weekly basis. I have always worked customer service, so I tend to have high expectations and this branch doesn't seem have it put it together, which most likely comes from the top down.

You have to LOVE a bank that is open 7 days a week! This in store has extended office hours. Its great to be able to grocery shop (Publix) and bank all at once. As for the hours mentioned below, they are open until 7pm Monday-Thursday, and 4pm Saturday and Sunday. The people there are always so friendly and helpful. They really do give you the 5 star service that US bank boast.

Open late and very nice service. The branch just up the road is never open. This one is in the publix and is open till 8:00 on some nights I believe.
