Bank hours could be better, the majority of the people work until 4pm. May benefit alot of people if bank stays open at the least until 5pm. Or place one of those personal video tellers like they have in modern cities like Tampa, Fl. Teller will be  able to help with at least some more basic banking services. This cant be too much to ask for...right??

I went in to deposit my wrapped coins as usual and was "ordered" to fill out a deposit slip as soon as I entered their doors. And then when I approached the teller, she didn't know how to process the coin deposit.  Really?  This was a first.  I had to wait for the other teller to handle the deposit while others behind me got serviced.  After reading all the other reviews, I'm thinking of taking my safety deposit items and taking them to another bank.  I tried to email my unpleasant experience, and guess what...manager's email account was unable to receive my email.  How ironic.

Wasted two weeks calling and running around to numerous other banks and credit unions.
Just needed to open a simple bank IRA to do a partial rollover.
Most places wanted me to make an appointment and / or drive 40 miles to get some complicated brokerage account with all the bells and whistles.

I was rapidly running out of time to get this done and in the mail to TRS before they took away my birthday.

Almost as an afterthought, I called.
An actual person answered!
She even said "yes" when I asked if they could do this.

I gathered my paperwork and tore through the 1960 traffic to try to get there before closing time.

Truly amazing!
In a matter of minutes, Monique had everything done.

Thank you Monique.
You really saved my bacon.

I LOST MY CARD AND WHEN I CALL CUSTUMER SERVICES THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD GO TO THIS BRACH AND GET A PERMANENT ONE UNTIL THE ORIGINAL ARRIVES, BUT ON THIS PLACE MRS MAYRA MADE IT HARD EVE I ANSWER THE SECURIT QUESTION, ELETRONIC PASSWORD, ADRESS, DATE OF BOTH, HAVE MY PICTURE ON HER COMPUTER AS I DIDNT HAVE MY PHONE WITH ME THAT TIME TO TELL HER A PIN THAT SHE SENT TO IT , SHE REFUSE GIVE ME THE CARD. THATS JUST STUPID DECISION.

This is the most unhelpful banking branch I've ever been to. After explaining why I needed to speak to a representative I had to wait a whole 25mins and was then finally able to speak with someone. After that whole 25mins the representative then informed me my problems could be solved on my own and at the ATM. I asked since I waited half an hour for nothing if maybe they could help me out in line for the teller, they said no. So then began my second 25min wait at the line for the tellers. Not to mention the clear hostility and competition between the representatives that made the entire experience not only infuriating but also completely uncomfortable. Thanks Bank of America.
