The Jessica lady under m sounds like she's the one who is the jerk. They can't help what IDs they are allowed to take first off that's the bank policy. Second I'm assuming you were trying to open an account? It takes an hour to open account and you are there 12 min before they close and then your husband isn't even there at 6:53? Maybe have respect for what time people close and you will have a better experience.

I honestly left a 1 star rating because I have to but I wouldn't leave a star If I could. I'm normally not the one to leave bad reviews but I've honestly had enough from the staff at this location. I've had the worse experience here they are so rude and have no customer skills what so ever. Not only do they greet you with an attitude but they are also racist as hell. I had one experience were my husband went to get a letter notarized and he handed the rep. his passport and she glanced at it and gave it back without taking a better look at it and said we don't accept Mexico passports do you have a green card. She didn't apologize or anything because we're Hispanic doesn't make us illegal. Today 12/30/2016 I walked in to wait for my husband to get there he was 5 min. away at 5:48 and then i updated them and told them he was at the light less than 2 min. away at 5:53 pm they close at 6 and they still had customers waiting in line. Well the manager in charge said he has 2 min. We're getting ready to close... with such an attitude. I understand you close at 6 but it was the tone he used and the way he said it... He shouldn't be in charge he was a Latino looking man heavy set... The staff needs to be put through a training program before they go promoting every dumbass they hire.

Rude customer service---My mom & I went to this Chase 'cause it was the closest due to our situation. We went to ask a question about my mom's bank account and Miss Sheri responded in a rude & unwelcoming demeanor.

There is only one star because she did solve our problem but wasn't very nice about it.

I wish if i could rate this place a zero 🌟  horrible" rude  customer service. No one seems to care in there and they will never. Answer your questions overall i will not recommend this place to anybody
