Worst bank I ever been! No customer service skills what so ever! Employees are rude and are not willing to help you at all! Not even because it's a regular customer! Manager Gracie and bank teller Karina are very RUDE! I won't be coming back here!

Yep, no one can deposit in your account.  I was told it is due to money laundering.  I wouldn't even know the 1st step on how to do that. I was also told all the Banks are doing this.  They have to have a paper trail. Due to a Caner, there are times I can not even get out of bed and I shouldntl't even be driving, I also have a legal document showing money paid to me monthly and I have to deposit cash.  I have been with this impersonal bank since they bought out Bank United. WAY TO LONG.

Worst experience instead of making more bank if they pay attention to hire more cashiers at drive thru there service will be much faster sitting in my car for half an hour just to deposit one of the worst service i have ever experienced

This bank is ridiculous! first the deposit my check in someone else account! Now they have a rule that no one can deposit money into your account unless that person is on your account!!?!?! I can't wait to shut my account down and go to Welsfargo!
