I've been banking with First Convenience Bank for close to a decade. I'm currently working on switching banks. Problems over the years include:

Unauthorized $30 charge onto my account from a bar downtown somewhere. Bank told me to piss off and never refunded my money.

Denied a credit card application. Got two cards elsewhere with 100% paid in full on-time payments.

Denied an auto loan application. Got one somewhere else with 100% on-time payments.

They charge something like $30 for checks, so I have to spend money to be able to spend my money.

On the plus side, their hours are decent for a bank. The mobile app is pretty good. Employees at the physical branch have all been decent.

I've had some issues in the past with my account. However, my experience with First Convenience Bank has been great for several years. l've been able to approach the manager/assistant manager with assurance that they are always willing to assist me when thinking that this is,  indeed a dier issue that needs to be resolved

As individuals or as a team, we have an awesome staff. Simply because of their kindness, compassion, and professionalism with customers, which keeps me forever there as a lasting customer.

I give Mr.Doug Hadler 5 stars. 1st star for listening. 2nd star for sympathy. 3rd star for valuing his customers. 4th star for taking action right there and then. 5th star the most important star was for grade A customer service. Thank You for listening!
