Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant is a warm and welcoming tapas bar inspired by the culture of Spain. The ever-changing menu is focused on clean flavors, seasonal ingredients, specialties from Spain and the Mediterranean, and rustic small plate presentations created by chefs with tremendous talent.

This place is awesome. The food was fantastic. We tried almost all of the tapas and liked everything. The staff was great, we sat in the bar, it was slammed, but we still felt well taken care of. The bar manager chatted us up a couple times too, and was super friendly. Overall this place exceeded my expectations, oh and try the carrots, they're an underrated gem.

The food was phenomenal! My love and I decided to do a food tasting kind of date and everything was good! And perfect for the date we wanted! Granted my food came out cold with a hot bowl but they got it the second time around!

Being from Miami, I have experienced a fair share of Tapas and this restaurant is nothing short of amazing. Prices are VERY reasonable considering the location and the wine selection is superb. The managers Alex and Andrew are always there to wait on your every need and our waiters Gus and Emma ate outstanding. Dessert is excellent, good is great and the ambiance is very welcoming. A++

Highly recommend. Went here for a meal just after getting married on a recommendation from a friend. Staff was some of the nicest we've ever met. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend the roasted garlic so you can add that to every part of your meal.  The manager Daniel was extremely knowledgeable with his wines and our waiter Craig was wonderful. All of the staff congratulated us on our wedding and the way in which we and other diners were treated was something special. We're only in DC for 4 days and we're going to aim to get back for a second meal!

I love this place! The food is amazing & the staff are super helpful & friendly. I came in last weekend with a large party & had to wait for everyone to find parking (which on a Fri night is damn near impossible) but the manager was very friendly & got me and my friends drinks while we waited. After seated the waiter explained the menu & was very attentive. I have no complaints. Great date night spot.
