We hosted my 25th Birthday dinner at Brick Lane, and they were extremely accommodating! When I originally made the reservation, I expected around 25 people, but had to revise as 29 people in the week before the dinner. Brick Lane easily rolled with the change, and set us up for the entire top floor. They worked with us to provide drink deals, menu options, birthday shots, flexible time frame, split checks, and table setup. Everyone at my party was impressed with the rustic but luxe atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food! I received so many compliments on choosing the venue, since the food was 10/10 even though we had so many people. The service was speedy and they were even able to split checks for everyone, which I did not expect! Specifically about the food - I love lamb dishes and my boyfriend loves steak, but we also had some vegetarians. Everyone loved their dishes and overall, it was a great experience. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a group dinner, or even just with a friend! You really can't go wrong. Everyone working at Brick Lane cares about providing the best experience.

Brick lane was an amazing experience. I met some friends here for happy hour and dinner and I cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was. For starters, we all had (many) of the happy hour special drinks - the D.C. Or nothing - which is this restaurants version of a Moscow Mule. It was AMAZING, and only FIVE DOLLARS! I had.... well... I had many. My friends had the burger which they raved about and I had the salmon dinner salad which came with a really impressive piece of salmon and an equally impressive presentation/salad. I happily ate every bite. Our waiter was fantastic and while I was waiting for the bathroom the manager introduced himself to me as well. Additionally, another person (the owner perhaps?) came to our table on two occasions to ensure our food was good and we were satisfied. What phenomenal customer service! We all finished with the chocolate lava cake and creme brûlée and both were beyond excellent. If I find myself back in DC I wouldn't hesitate to return to this place. There were a number of other options on the menu I'd love to try! Don't walk, run to Brick lane!

Fabulous neighborhood spot! We came in for dinner and ended up with the Prix Fix option which was a great deal. I had calamari which was not over battered and fresh tasting. I followed with the paella which tasted delightful and had tons of fish, the really don't skimp like some places. Additionally, we ordered a few cocktails all of which were a great deal for happy hour. While the food was great the thing that will keep me coming back is the service. I felt almost pampered by the staff and will be back.

I ordered a Caesar salad and found a dead fly in it and here’s the funniest part of the whole situation. The bartender Omar still charged me for that salad. I didn’t say anything, I paid my bill and walked out. I live next door and I’ve heard a lot of bad things about that place and after my experience i realized that people are not lying. I completely understand the fact that it’s not the bartenders fault, but the way he ignored it was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope you will provide some hospitality classes to your staff.

The Food and Service were superb. At our table we had the Shrimp scampi, the Salmon, the coconut shrimp salad and grilled chicken. Each plate was tasty, very well cooked and presented AND above all reasonably priced. We had the Calamari for appetizer and it is was rich, nicely breaded and nice pieces. No chunks. The bar served nice drinks and any off the specialty menu r top notch...worth the $10+. They even did a superb Chocolate Vodka Martini, not on the specialty drink menu. Terrific food. Terrific drinks. Terrific Service. Altogether a dining experience WE will repeat.
