The food and service was great! Make sure to make a reservation before getting here because it does get packed, resulting in a long wait time. The pizza was just amazing. Fresh and hand made. You can literally sit by the pizza station and see how your pizza is made. If you go here, you must try the spinach dip. It is one of their top apps and it is 100% worth it. Also the sliders with a pile of crispy onion rings is definitely worth a try. Highly recommend! Will return here when I am in the area.

Where do I begin.... We were sat at a table where the sun was beaming through. Waited over ten minutes before the waiter cane over to even ask if we desired water. The service was: Slow service, I  ordered over $75 worth of food. The mini trio I ordered the waiter asked if I wanted the burgers cooked well or otherwise.... I said well done they were all pink and red in the center. Shrimp and grits was in a large bowl portion was for a small bowl, my daughter didn't even eat her chicken Alfredo looked to BE more noodles and sauce than chicken.  Waiter never refilled water, the service was horrible. No more spending at this restaurant. Ever!

Made reservations on line. They were ready when we walked in. Great atmosphere. Waiter very accommodating!! Ordered sausage pizza and bistro burger. Food was hot and fresh. Burger was great and my wife loved her pizza. Ran out of 2 beers I was drinking and took forever to get the bud light in their place or I would of given them 5 stars.

Great atmosphere, great food, loved the decor. I will definitely go back.

However, something too many restaurants overlook is the quality of sound in the space. There were speakers pumping music from what seemed to be one location (by the bar) and no acoustic treatment. With all the hard surface to reflect sound, it was quite difficult to hear the people at my table, let alone the staff. The restaurant wasn't full, and the booth (pictured in the review) directly behind me was empty. This space would be *that* much more enjoyable with proper acoustic treatment and more sound sources for the music.

We had the cheese/pastry appetizer and a meatball and pepperoni pizza and it was FABULOUS.   The service was perfect, our server Tiffany was sweet and adorable, and the ambiance was great.  Added to this, the server said that new customers get a free appetizer!    We will eat here whenever we visit DC in the future.
