This place does not care about your animal. The old man won't even see you or talk to you. The helper people do all the leg work including talking to you and is the go between the vet. They will take your money and let your animal suffer and not bat an eye. Good luck and getting a call back. They literally couldn't care less! The "Vet" literally said he cannot deal with it. " Take your animal to the hospital".Absolutely horrible place.

The vet at this clinic is wonderful. She is very caring, and very engaged with her patients! I am really happy I found this vet.

DISCLAIMER: This is a review of me trying to set up an appointment. When researching vets, I looked specifically for ones that offered weekend appointments. I contacted this office and began with stating that a Saturday appointment would be the only one I could attend as I work 6:30AM-6:30PM Monday - Friday and there was no way I could do it during those times. They responded that they reserve all Saturday appointments for established clients only and that they can only make one for me 8:30-5 M-F. Total waste of my time. I contacted Fairfield Animal Hospital and explained my situation to them and they set up a Saturday appointment for my cat within the same week I requested. Basically, I'm unimpressed with the way Barker Cypress Animal Clinic conducts its business.

Showed great compassion and caring even though my daughters hamster ultimately didn't survive they made its passing a little bit easier for her.
