I have been a client for about 8-9 years. In my opinion, you will be hard pressed to find a better vet in the area (Dr. Hicks). He is always very detailed and thorough when it comes to diagnosing and explaining what is going on with your fur babies. His calm & pleasant demeanor is also a plus. Julie is also a gem to deal with. Always so friendly, pleasant and sympathetic (when those times arrive). The only issue is It just seems like I never get out of there w/o dropping $200.00 a visit. However I will continue to use them due to the quality of service and care they provide. Keep up the great work guys!

When our dog Sadie was passing, the doctors were so great to talk with us and provide comfort. While we have a pet insurance through another facility as soon as it is up we are moving to this facility with our new dog Pebbles.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fairfield Animal Hospital. We were temporarily displaced form our home due to a power outage from flooding. We had no idea when we would get our power back and the temperature kept rising. We made a hasty retreat to my mother-in-law's in Cypress with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. My mother-in-law is severely allergic to cats and they would have had to stay in the garage until we could return home. When the bad weather started, one of our cats started acting odd with behavior that became more worrisome with our time in the car (excessive drooling, panting) so I called around to several vets in Cypress for an appointment. Fairfield Animal Hospital was open and got us a same day appointment, with boarding available. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly kind during our visit. We decided to board both cats, for an unknown amount of time, due to my mother-in-law's allergies. We were told that our boarding fees would be waived (again, we were going to need boarding for an unspecified amount of time) and upon picking up my cats I was told we would not be charged for the entire bag of prescription food they had to open specifically for them. I left with a $15 bill for a blood test that had to be done on one of my cats. Thank you so much Dr. Hicks for your generosity. We are so grateful for the care and compassion shown not only to our cats, but to us.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was fostering newborn kittens for the first time when I visited them not only did they help me with one of the kittens but they also gave me additional information on taking care of them. if I lived closed they would be my primary vet

The staff at Fairlfield truly care about their patients and their caregivers. Their compassion, especially towards stray pets and their foster parents, is remarkable. They will help the animal the best they can with the resources they have at the time. As a foster parent, I am very grateful for their discount services in the aftermath of Harvey.
