LOVE this vet office. I have taken 3 dogs here. Two of my own and 1 rescue. The staff is friendly and patient and the doctors are awesome. The price is affordable and the clinic is clean and well maintained.

Great vet service is excellent and the staff truly cares about your pet and willing to go that extra mile to ensure that your pet has what is needed. Open for a limited time on Sunday a huge plus. Location can be easily reach from multiple directions. Plenty of parking and waiting area is large enough to handle multiple people with their pets. All the veterinarians are equally Excellent!!all though pet parents have their preface to be honest any choice would be a excellent one.

Alphie & I had an accident on Christmas Day as we traveled through an airport on our way to Houston. We were very fortunate to find Cy-Fair Animal hospital. The staff were all amazing! Kind and thoughtful as they heard our story & took our information. Alphies care was gentle, thorough and reassuring as he will be just fine. I highly recommend this hospital!

We took one of our loved ones there to be uthinized this evening. He was suffering from cancer. The staff was so caring and understanding. We went here because it was the most affordable out of 6 vets in the cypress/tomball area. Ive definatly found a new vet for our other old man.

I took my dog here this morning for what I think is a bladder infection. They are not my regular vet but they are open on Sunday's while my regular vet is not. They were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. They were able to squeeze us in. They were quick to get us into a room and have a vet tech get vitals and info. Then they took him back for some tests. They have to send out for the results so those won't come back until tomorrow but he started my pup on an antibiotic and anti inflammatory med to help him out until the test results come back so he doesn't get worse. He told me he would call with the results and those will determine if we need to make any changes to the medications. I was very happy with them and relieved to be able to get my boy in on a Sunday with the added bonus of paying vet prices instead of emergency vet prices. I would go back to them! Update: while my initial review was positive, I was frustrated with the fact that I had a hard time getting the doctor to call me back with the test results. It took three weeks to finally talk to the vet. (Hurricane Harvey did shut them down for a few days so can't fault them for those few days but that still leaves about 18-19 days they were available to call me back) I called several times to ask about the results and was told that only a doctor could tell them to me. They would tell me that they would have the doctor call me back but he never did. I would call back later in the day and they would tell me he was already gone for the day. Eventually I voiced my frustration with one of the ladies answering the phones and she put me on hold while he finished with a patient and then he spoke to me. Turns out that the results showed something was wrong...would have been nice to get a jump start on that 20 days before when they had the results instead of waiting so long. My summary...they were fine in a pinch but I don't have plans to switch from my regular vet to them after their lack of follow through.
