I just wanted to say thank you to the office and to Dr. Morales for the people that they are and the service that they provide.  Unfortunately I had to put my old grey cat to sleep yesterday, and while this was a challenging process to go through, Dr. Morales did a wonderful job of easing the pain.  She personally called to go over her exam notes and to discuss the situation and the options.  This allowed me to make the best decision for my cat and for my family.  She handled the situation with a grace that is unfortunately hard to find nowadays. Thank you.

Being a customer for a few years- 3 years to be exact-  with 3 dogs and with one chronically ill,  i have brought thousands $ to the clinic just to  hear that  my ever-needed ( for every dog owner)  Heartguard prescription cancelled once i stopped being a customer.....good job,  i expected more class than that.

The prescription for the heardtguard was for 3 refills, 1 i used up, called up to KV supply to get other 2 refilled just 4 months after i am not being  your customer. The pharmacy told me you have aproved only one out of 2 refills that left and suspended the prescription. YOU VERY OWN subscription, knowing i have 3 dogs and i need it on a reg basis and just because i am not with you any longer.... it is not some antibiotics, morphine tablets or else 'serious"... absolute nasty and low move. well done.

The Doctor and her staff is a god sent . My dog was ill they gave her another year of life so greatful. When it was time for our Mia to go to heaven they all made sure we were ok and showed sympathy and compassion. I will continue to have this office for my fur babies. Thank you and god bless

Dr. Morales called me back to explain that all of my frustration was a big misunderstanding.  I can bring my puppy back in to get her two paid for vaccination without having to pay to see a doctor again and that she does not have to get another wellness exam and she does not have to get the other vaccinations on the same day.  She admitted that she has a problem with her front desk and communication.  I am not sure that it is worth it to continue going there if the staff is going to be inept at communication and cause me frustration

I have been pleased with the treatment that my 5 lb chihuahua has received at Cypress Lakes Animal hospital.  My problem is with the front desk staff.  Recently when my puppy was sick I pre paid for two shots, one was a regularly scheduled vaccine and the other was the flea, tick, mesquite, etc because I just can't get her to take a pill. She could not get them on the day she was sick but I was told that she was good to go once she got better and that I would not need to come in for another visit that I could just pop in and get them when it was convenient. I called Tuesday afternoon  around 4:50 and was asked if I could be put on hold, while I was waiting on hold the phone system rang like it was going to transfer me to someone to talk to but instead transferred me to voice mail to tell me that it was now after 5:00 and the office was closed.   The office did call back 30 min later to confirm that I could indeed stop in on Saturday and get the 2 vaccines I had paid for and at that time make an appointment for a future visit to get 2 other vaccines that are now due.  My puppy has a lot of problems with vaccines so she has to space them out.  Today the office called me back to ask if I could move my appointment up.  No problem.  The person on the phone informed me that I would not be able to get the two vaccines that I had paid for unless I had another wellness exam and get the two other vaccines that were due.  I am more than disappointed with the office help and am going to still have to go into the office to get a refund.  I will not be going back.  I don't need the hassle of an office staff that contradicts itself and what the vet told me.
