have been taking my my 5 dogs and cats there for some time now but i took my cat back in November and even though Dr. Collier was awesome as always the rest of the staff was rude and not helpful at all, ignoring me and answering my questions, i took my dying cat back to get a treatment and they didn't even look when i was crying for their help,  they told me i had to come back in two hours, my cat died when i got back home.
later that month i sent my daughter to get the records for all my animals they told her they lost them and to provide a fax number and /or address to send them if they happen to find them, we are still waiting. never going back and never sending anyone there. Rude and uncaring Staff

I went in very happy to know there was a vet near my mothers home as I took both of her pets. Doctor and assistant was very helpful and very friendly. However I had the worst experience with the receptionist she was beyond rude and kept showing me she was irritated and kept making irritating sounds all because I told her I would like to buy a flea pill for both dogs. She turned over mad and kept asking well which one as I was supposed to know the difference I asked could you please tell me which one would be best and very irritated she said again well which one do you want. So sad to say that the vet I thought would be so CONVINIENT since its beyond close even walking distance that they lost 2 pets and a customer all because they were so rude.

We needed a second opinion regarding our pets health. The vet was amazing and staff so kind and understanding.  I'll be bringing our little ones here for now on.

Every animal I've  ever owned has been here for at least 25 yrs. From my little dog boomer in 1991 to my pack that I have now.  Always awesome affordable care and friendly service. My great dane Nuke probably wouldn't have last the 10 yrs he did .  He so loved the staff,  hated the weigh machine....lol but loved the cookies.
