I really enjoyed visiting here. It was my first time at this mall & it was amazing. A little on the expensive side for me though. The collective area on the second floor was awesome though. If I had brought a significant amount of money with me. I could have bought a lot of items here.

Beautiful store! Spacious comfortable seating to relax - while perusing a good read - or people watch - while enjoying a snack and beverage from the in-house Starbucks cafe! Huge inventory of books and magazines to select from, with an incredible childrens area featuring books and educational toys galore! My favorite place to just hang out while enjoying a good read and an Americano!

My daughter picked out this toy dinosaur says on the tag $7.95 and a book the total is higher than expected. I ask how much is the book? The clerk says the correct answer I thought I seen. The toy is ringing out at $19.99 and the manager Peter walks over and says someone other than an employee tag this toy he tries to peel off the tag ripping off name of item underneath and I'm now wondering was he suggesting my kid did this...I'm calling corporate on this incident. Review your surveillance and will see who has a problem on there hands.

I went to get gift cards. There were 3 cashiers, no line. 2 cashiers saw me standing there and allowed me to keep standing. The 3rd invited me to the register and got me out quickly. I guess that's the benefit of having older people working.

Always have what I am looking for! The staff is awesome here!! My son always asks me if we can go here, he loves his books! Incredible employees.
