The staff is what I noticed right away...I went to another Great Escape store to inquire about buying a hot tub and left dissatisfied...on an impulse I stopped at this location and was impressed with the knowledge of the staff.  Ellen and Sean in particular are great to work with.  I ended up buying my hot tub from them and have been back to make other purchases.  I have called and talked to them (Sean / Ellen) on more than one occasion and every time they have been great, taking time to explain things and answer questions.

As far as the store itself, it's a lot nicer than the original store I went (I'm not going to mention where that was).  They have a wide selection, the store is always clean, and I've never been pressured to buy.

A side note, this store in Oak Brook is actually 15 min longer for me to drive but I do it because of the people there, to me it's worth it.

They have a great staff and very knowledgeable. There is one lady in particular that her experience is unprecedented. She tells you what you really need, not sells you what you really don't need. She made our first year an easy experience. 
I brought water to be rested and new just what to do to adjust it. 
I wish I could remember her name, but I'm sure you will know her when you see her. 

I by all my products from them, in particular this store
