Super rude lady answered the phone it took me 4 attempts for store even to pick up the phone. Go to Woodfield much easier to work with.

The saleswoman and the manager went above and beyond in customer service! The store was out of the color headphones I wanted but the manager pulled through and got a pair within 24 hours (only one day before Christmas)!
