I love urban outfitters clothes because they carry a XS which is really hard to find . But I have to give this place 1 star because I experienced  racial profiling today. This one young lady kept following me and my friend around the whole Entire store. I felt so uncomfortable because I spend my money in this place all the time but that negative employee needs to LOSE HER JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ASAP

employees are rude. i wanted a shoe and they said its online so go to the front and tell them u want to order it. i did and was told they're sold out lol nicer people need to work here instead of making me feel like i should bounce

Super rude employees, I tried on a rather expensive jumper that I didn't like and the girl got pissy when I told her nicely that I was putting it back.

I only ever enter this store to look at their record selection. My opinion is that their used records are overpriced (All $12) unless you find a rare and/or double album, which they don't filter or check for really. Their new selection is usually not records I like but seem to be reasonably priced- in fact, usually cheaper than the nearby Barnes and noble. Otherwise, the decor and whatever is alright and the staff is usually nice enough.
