No-hassle phone repair. Had my battery replaced today on an iPhone 6s. Not ready to give it up just yet. Anthony and Al we super helpful with options. Able to drop it off early in the morning and an hour later it was done. Very friendly customer service. Restored my faith in Apple.

DON’T GET YOUR BATTERY REPLACED IN YOUR IPHONE because your phone will never be the same. I brought my iPhone 6s Plus in for a battery replacement since my battery life has significantly reduced, and I didn’t want to upgrade to a new iPhone considering the new iPhones don’t have a 3.5mm headphone port. I need my headphone port especially since Bluetooth technology isn’t as reliable. Anyway I brought in my phone, paid the fee, was on my way and then realized a ton of issues. Keep in mind I brought in a device that was in mint condition. It came out from the battery replacement being far from that. To replace the battery they have to pop out the screen, doing so means that your screen will never sit flush again to the body. My iPhone body is not only bent but the screen sticks out on one side and there are light leaks all along that side. In addition to that my camera takes an immense amount of time to load up or the screen just remains black. My service is also worse than ever before - constantly dropping in and out. Sure my battery life is better, but besides that everything is worse. I went back to the Apple store and they said all of these issues are inevitable and besides resetting my device there is nothing you can do. Overall I do not recommend replacing your battery. Instead spend the money on a portable battery pack, or battery case if you want to stick with your old device. Really disappointed with how this whole situation turned out. Only giving them two stars because the customer service was still good.

Asked to make appointment for “Genius Bar” and they will text me (I can roam other stores) when they want me back at store for the Genius Bar.  They just made me wait at a different table. They don’t stick to the appointment times the five you.  
Once I got a tech to help me, he was literally helping 2 other customers.  Making two of three customer waiting for him to continue to help you.  Apple doesn’t value customer time.   Frustrating.

I Love apple's products.I Bought a IPhone 6s 2 years ago,today i went to get a battery replacement but they couldn't they said it was a 3rd party manufacture! I'm the owner of my phone i never opened the phone the iPhone has never been opened before to get it fix this was its first time and i talked to the manager and gave me no help at all to double check.DO NOT GO TO THIS APPLE STORE AT ALL! WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL THEY BELIVE EVERYTHING IS RIGHT! DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL THIS IS MY FINAL TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!

I recently purchased the brand new iPad that came out last week and went in to the store to purchase a case. I was greeted by an employee that asked if I needed help with anything. I then asked about the case and he replied, "I actually can't help you, but she can." He pointed to another employee and I waited for her. She then came over and said, "Yeah I can't help you either, I am busy." As I walked to the door, I saw the first employee standing around on his phone. Overall terrible experience and would recommend to go elsewhere.
