The quality of the exercises and the instructors are top-notch. The instructors do a wonderful job of correcting posture and reminding you of what you should feel with each exercise. They offer modifications, if needed. Results can be seen within a few classes! Aside from weight loss, I felt stronger, had better posture, and more endurance! I love this place.

I go to the class normally three times a week and I have seen the result after 2 months. Core strength has improved and shows definition on my arms and legs. I should've took the barre3 class earlier so I don't have to spend so much time in the gym and trying to figure out how to use equipment and shows no improvement month after month. Love Barre3 and highly recommended.

I started going to Barre3 Mill Creek when I moved here a few months ago. All of the instructors are great! They teach you the right way to do the exercises to get the most out of the workout and how to modify them to your needs. With only Barre3 as the exercise portion of my diet/exercise program, I've already lost 25lbs! This is a great full workout with cardio and strength exercises combined.

I LOVE the Mill Creek Barre3 studio!!!! The instructors are amazing, and the workout itself is challenging. My favorite thing about Barre3 is that no 2 workouts are the same. The instructors are always changing it up, adding new moves; it’s impossible to get bored or hit a plateau. The class schedule is great too! I can always fit a class in, no matter what my day looks like.

Barre3 is such a great workout, and totally customizable! What keeps me coming back is the instructors - they are all so motivating in their own way! I come 4 days a week, it's my favorite "me time" activity
