Nice updated facility. Newer equipment, pool, hot tub, sauna. Personal trainers are really push when you first sign up. Prices are reasonable. Kids club is typically overcrowded and wayyy understaffed, not sure if level of staffing in kids club is even legal at times... Gym is fairly warm, they should crank up the ac a bit for comfort while working out...

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Lovely facility for the most part, but that doesn't matter when there is never a machine available for use. Honestly my experience with LA Fitness has never been great but unfortunately they were the only major sports club near by. I cancelled my membership and was still charged. I can't say that has never happened before with this franchise. You can only contact customer service in your local area. They won't let you cancel over the phone. The receptionist are complete airheads that let there friends sneak in and workout for free probably why there's never an open machine. I would recommend going somewhere else, where they don't have used car salesmen trying to lock you in the most expensive package out there. Do you have a discount with your employer? Don't bother coming here even though the la fitness employee wellness certificate says no initiation fee, there sales people try to convince you to pay one up front to "save money" oh please. We all no that's where your commission comes from. Don't go here!!!!

Not a fan of the staff here, the arrogance and pushy-ness to make a sale just ruins the whole experience.

I recommend their Zumba class. I like Enny. But one thing I don't like that you need to send a letter by mail when you are going to cancel their membership.

This is the best place to work out in town! I'm impressed at the way that Zimel and the staff run the place!!
