It's a great gym, very large with a great staff. With all the strength machines you could want and an army of treadmills and cardio equipment there is everything you could need for your workout. My only complaint is how busy it can get but that only means that other people like it too.

Old, only 3 squat racks that are never free, dark and dingy without much weightlifting equipment. Caters to the crowd that would like a sad dirty walk on the row of ancient treadmills on top of a 2nd floor wobbly floor by flickering fluorescent light. No chance ever of getting one of the 3 squat racks, even the few multipurpose benches are always full. Makes the ghetto old Barton St location in Hamilton (now a Fit4Less) look like a dream. Not sure how this has 4 stars as a full Goodlife. The women's changeroom is a super dark cave. Pluses: 24 hrs, Lots of empty circuit machines if you're looking for that. Convenient location for a desperate winter workout. Has a parking lot that's super busy but with enough spaces around the sides since it's in a strip mall. Has 1 big room for group classes.

The worst. Nobody puts weights back, dumbbell rack always empty. Staff are useless. I watched a staff member walk by a towel on the ground and heard her complain that someone left it there. She didn't pick it up. Lazy POS. I hate this gym.
