Line was short, but I waited for 15 minutes...? Staff seemed uninformed and not concerned at all about waiting. Very rude and short with me, acted as if I was stupid. Nobody knows what's going on? The woman helping me would not even let me answer her questions before rushing off to....? I don't know what. She seemed to just be shuffling around with the bags in the back? I hated every second of being in the store...I seriously felt like there was no concern for customer service at all. Will be switching pharmacies immediately.

I pay cash for all Rx's and find that Bartells charges triple of what I pay at Costco. All Rx's are being transferred. The staff wasn't that helpful either. They filled an Rx with the brand name instead of generic (which doc authorized) because they didn't have in stock. So I paid so much more than needed. They don't allow GoodRx discounts either.

Three times now I have brought a perscription in one or two days in advance and when I come to pick it up I still have to wait 20 minutes. When I drop it off in advance they tell me it'll be a 20-minute wait. I don't understand why they can't have my prescription done when I bring it in at least 24 hours in advance the service is unacceptable and will be looking for some place else to go.

Went to pick up meds. Each time they take forever to apply a coupon card I have from the he manufacturer. I was asked to step aside and had to remind someone to check on the status. Each time the same person asked me for my name and birthday as if she never met me. This happens frequently so I’m done. Madness is expecting a different result from the same process.

I recently returned from an overseas trip with an upper respiratory infection that had persisted for over two weeks. The PA at the kaiser clinic was less than helpful. I let her know my symptoms (including coughing up dark green and brown sputum for several days.) In a condescending way she tried to tell me that my symptoms were absolutely NOT bacterial and when I tried to explore the symptom differences between a bacterial and viral infection with her (I am a nurse) she said "I don't want to argue with you. I don't see any indication of a bacterial infection." Then she smirked and said "I am NOT withholding medications from you, ok?" She was very rude and condescending to me with her tone. I paid $30 for the visit and all she gave me was a prescription for cough medicine. So I made an appointment with my regular physician a few days later who gave me a prescription for antibiotics, which I desperately needed at that point due to massive inflammation in my trachea and throat. The antibiotics immediately helped to relieve my symptoms, which had been getting worse for three weeks. I understand that physicians have been over prescribing antibiotics in the past and that there is a push to rein that in more recently, but sometimes antibiotics REALLY ARE needed, as was the case with me this time. The worst part is that I feel that she didn't respect me, wouldn't listen and shut me down when I tried to discuss it with her, by saying, "I don't want to argue with you," which by her tone meant "I am the doctor, not you, it's not open for discussion." Not happy with that PA at all.
