Very clean & efficiently run.  Rarely a long wait despite heavy customer load.  

I know what some reviewers mean about the Owner, but he seems to be softening up and more relaxed now.  He takes his responsibilities very seriously, but I think he has had an epiphany about relating to his customers in a warmer fashion these days.  May the trend continue!

Amazing customer service!!!  They've gone above and beyond to ensure my packages arrived, after I had made an address mistake.  I would absolutely recommend anybody wanting great customer service and detail oriented people go to this UPS location.

Unfortunately, the package that I shipped through my local UPS store was mismanaged on the DELIVERY end of my transaction. The package contained a very special item. While my family and I are sad, worried and frustrated, trying to figure out the process of UPS "investigating" the delivery...all the manager seemed to be worried about is how much work the misdelivered package had ALREADY created for HIM and how inconvenient this issue was for HIM. I told him that was a very unprofessional perspective. He was very rude and condescending. We have worked with the UPS store owner for years on community based projects. I am so disappointed.
