I purchased a fuel pressure regulator and the man there informed me it was at the warehouse and he could have it by 5. I purchased it and waited till 5. No call. So I went to the store and about young lady there said it never came in, without even checking. She told me she still had a late delivery coming so I waited nervously because now my only vehicle was down. The next day, nothing. No calls. Missed appointment. Some one really dropped the ball. Still waiting. Want my money back and after 20+ years of being a happy customer, I now will give my money to O'reillys.

Horrible customer service. I have a 88 alfa romeo and I was looking for a simple fuel filter. There employee sold what thought to be the right part but assured me if it's not the right one I can return it. He even signed me up for there customer account program. Fast forward a couple of days and I'm returning it because they sold me the the wrong part but I lost the original purchase receipt. They told all they could do was give me store credit and that there hands were tied. Couldn't check my card or look at my account to verify it had to have the receipt.
