I came in with a broken phone and was about to leave on a business trip very early the next morning.  Claudia was such a quick and efficient worker and had amazing customer service skills.  Thank you again for the amazing service!

Claudia helped me out after my phone suffered water damage, and was absolutely stellar!!!!! She was super nice and incredibly helpful explaining everything in a way I could understand and helping me pick the right option for my circumstances!!!

I went there to meet a person to buy a used cell phone. Claudia a Verizon employee offered to check the phone out before I purchased it, she also activated it to make sure it was legit, she / Verizon Victra is all about helping people even though I didn't buy anything from their store. That right there shows integrity.

Have to share that this was SERIOUSLY the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in a Verizon location ~ (maybe because they are an Authorized Retailer)?  I don't know, but I was blown away by Cruz and his genuine concern for my ailing phone.  He contacted the Verizon support/warranty department and did all the talking to help with my phone.  He seemed truly concerned when they stated they would have to call me back, when I was home by a computer.  I felt Cruz wanted to make sure the situation was resolved before I left the store......He gave me an option that I didn't know I had.  I was actually at a Verizon store two days prior and was handed a piece of paper with the phone number to contact the warranty department......  So with the help of Cruz, I was able to leave with  a working phone and other accessorizes.  I truly can not thank you enough for your ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Give this man a RAISE!  Kuddo's to you Cruz Lomas
